The story of our company started back in 2011. While working traditional long/mid-term property management company we were exploring an emerging rental platform called Airbnb and quickly realized that a major change was coming to the way people rented their properties. A few years later, Alfredo and Regina partnered their short term rental property portfolios and years of real estate, business management, and accounting experience and together launched Upservices AR, now known as Hoste PM, as one of the first companies specializing Airbnb management in Brickell and the rest of Miami.
